Flexible Fund stage one assessments complete
We have completed the stage one assessment process for the 2025 Flexible Fund and outcome letters have now been issued to applicants.
The assessment identified 33 preferred delivery partners, proposing a total of 823 homes including social housing and affordable rentals across the investment locations identified in the 2025 Housing Investment Plan.
These delivery partners are invited to progress to stage two, where project details, including the final number of homes for delivery, will be confirmed.
We were encouraged by the quality of applications received, including partnerships and community connections, and a focus on improving outcomes for people experiencing housing need.
